After not hearing this album in at least ten years, and talking with Annie about it recently I threw it on. It surprised me that the album still holds up after all this time. It was released in 1998, right when I was heading into middle school. I always had this album playing along with other “nu metal” bands of the day like KoRn and Limp Bizkit. I don’t know why this album fell out of favor in my rotation. Maybe it was because I got into punk rock music? I’d recommend giving this album a listen. The production and instrumentation is pretty fantastic. I’m sure if you go in with an open mind you’ll have a good time. Enjoy!
